CURRENT JOBS
EMPLOYERS
Don't overlook mature jobseekers when it comes to filling those crucial job and
contract vacancies!
This generation of workers comes with stability, experience, good skills and a
good work ethic - and they don't usually want to take over the company! They
just want to make a valid contribution and be rewarded accordingly. This cohort
can often afford to be more flexible in their working arrangements than younger
workers, too.
And that all adds up to a recipe for business success.
